Woke up Friday morning to no water pressure whatsoever. Called Pocono Well and Pump around 8:30AM or so, and a new pump was installed by noon. Wow. Amazing service and communication. Thanks you, PWPS!

In the middle of March 2024, we had the unfortunate experience of losing water pressure from our well. I contacted Kyle, one of the owners of the company who scheduled one of his employees to come out the same day and check our system. (I was super grateful as I was out of town at the time and couldn’t check it myself.) He found that water was leaking out by our well and explained that it looked like the line broke off. I called Kyle again and he provided a VERY reasonable estimate for the repair + a new well pump along with scheduling one of his employees to come out and bypass our underground line with a hose so we could have running water until the repair could be made at NO additional charge. This wasn’t needed for long however, as the next day, Kyle, Bill, and Shane came out and dug out our line to find a broken bronze fitting as the cause of our woes. I was very impressed at how quickly they worked, it took only minutes to dig down with their excavator and had the repairs and the new pump installed in less than 2 hours. Kyle and his team were very professional and offered prompt and quality service. I highly recommend this company for their service and affordable cost!

Poor communication. Asked for them to come out Tuesday or Wednesday as I was off from work. Man on phone stated he would call me Monday and let me know a time. He asked me to text him my address and the problem. I texted him the information. He shows up to my property on Monday. And spoke with my mother and told her he’d because back Tuesday at 2pm. And apologized stating miscommunication and that he did not have my phone number. At 2:30 Tuesday no one had shown up yet. I called to confirm they were coming. Man laughed on the phone and stated he was denied access and said another person spoke with my mother. And he never rescheduled. I told him he was denied access because I had told him that I the homeowner was only home on Tuesday and Wednesday. He then made a comment regarding why my elderly mother couldn’t let them in yesterday. I hung up the phone. Poor listening and communication skills. Glad I didn’t do business with them because if they had needed to come back it probably would’ve been just as much of a headache.

Best service possible, could not be better!!!! another contractor dropped the old pump in the well said it could not be pulled and we had problems with supply, and running out of water, gave up and called pocono pump, the came and fished out the dropped pump and reinstalled the "new pump" also replaced the bladder tank Been working with contractors for almost 60 years and these guys are absolutely by far the best and one of the very few I would recommend highly!! Couldn't be more satisfied!!

Pocono well was a water savior. We had our well pump go and a full loss of water occurred. With one phone call they were more than happy to help. They came out the next day, assessed the situation, and the night we had a quote. The following day they arrived and completed the job in a timely manner. Our pressure has never been better. Listen up folks, there are a LOT of options to choose from out there, but I will NEVER call anyone except Pocono Well & Pump Service. Mike, Kyle, Bill, and John fit us in as soon as they could, and kept at it until our water was flowing again. I cannot say enough about the personability, professionalism, and prompt attention that these guys exuded through their personification. The price was excellent, (for what we had to have done), and they had NO issues working with our, how shall I say, rather unconventional well design. Don't bother calling anyone else. Get these guys in. They *know* what they're doing and don't have an issue tackling the most difficult of jobs.

I just had a new water filter installed. Kyle tested my water prior to the installation and explained exactly what I needed to remove the iron from the water and raise the ph to normal levels. His employees installed the new filter system meticulously and answered any more questions I asked. They were highly experienced, polite and worked very neatly and fast.My water is now crystal clear and I would definitely call Kyle again if I need any servicing etc. Great company.

Our water pressure was an issue when we moved in our house 5 years ago. So long story short, We were getting to the point where our water would slow down to nothing then boom a little pressure. Also our toilet was running constantly so that did not help. We fixed the toilet by installing new guts but we still had an issue. Kyle and Mike came out Tuesday. Replaced our 34 year old Water pressure tank and now we have 60 psi of pressure. They quoted me a price and I thought it was going to go over. Because they encounter a few things they haven’t seen in a long time. But Kyle and Mike were very precise and professional. They answered all our questions. I felt bad for you guys because my well pump was so heavy. You guys did amazing job and even though you were probably didn’t expected the job to take that long. About 1130 today, went to the sink no water. Called 4 places PW&P were the only folks who could come today. Within 2 hours they were at my house in Saylorsburg. Kyle and Bill diagnosed and determined I needed my well pump replaced after a comprehensive diagnostic. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to “up sell” anything unnecessary. Completed the job in 2 hours, and my pump is 500 ft deep. They had all the necessary materials on the truck. I had some concerns about my pressure switch and a couple valves that needed replacement. They did a tune up on that system as well, and repaired those issues. Price was fair and they took my CC on the spot.couldn’t have been easier. I recommend then for all your plumbing, septic and water treatment needs. I plan on having them back at a later date to do upgrades on my water treatment system. Great folks to work with. they were gone by 4 pm.

We recently moved in to our new house and called PWP to come and inspect our water system. Mike and Kyle are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to fix the neutralizer and made it sure it functioned properly. It is very hard finding trustworthy contractors in the Pocono’s. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Mike and Kyle have gone beyond expectations I have. My pump died at 11:00 at night and within 15 minutes I had an appointment set for 10:00 the next day. Mike and Kyle identified the problem quickly and a few hours later I had a new pump and all was good. They worked in the freezing cold and made sure to do a great job. pocono well and pump are nothing but vandals, and they brake into your property too if you give them a bad review to try to intimidate you out of saying anything negative about them; do not call them and spare yourself the negative experience. I’m having cameras installed on my property because of them, since after I gave them a bad review there have been a few attempts to break to my property. I have also contacted the federal authorities to have them investigated; they are running a scam and they know it. As a precaution measure I have also sent my family members all the evidence they need to prosecute in case those criminals try anything funny. I’m also life streaming my video feeds from my property to my family and friends out of state, and if anyone from pocono well and pump, or anyone else for that matter tries to break to my property again their faces will get plastered all over the internet.Do not call them, and if you already made the mistake of doing so, arm yourselves because they think they still live in the Wild West thinking they can get away with braking the law. Thank God for technology, plaster their faces all over the internet if you have to, and press legal charges if they try anything funny against you or your family. Stay safe and away from those vandals.

We recently called Poconos well and pump for our well pump, and needed them to come out and look at it. They told me they would be there at 11am and were a no show until 5pm. Technician was Michael and he told us that it was too dark out to work on pump and had to reschedule till next morning. He promised to be there by 8:30am didn’t show up until noon. New pump was put in and charged me $1945.00. I was told I was getting a good deal to only later find out that the going price for a 225ft deep well is no more than $1350.00. I feel robbed and played will never recommend them this company again. The technician Micahel seemed clueless at best.

Called for a well pump inspection, they picked up quick and everything was scheduled for Thursday from 1-3pm, and we were at the house and no one showed up. Got a call later the day that they forgot the appointment(they apologized), so I rescheduled for the day after at 4pm. Come Friday we were at the home from 10am-6pm and no one showed. We recently hired Kyle and Mike of Pocono Well and Pump after our well went out at our home in the Poconos on a major holiday and we were left without water. They came out first thing in the morning the very next day and got our water flowing again within a few hours. Needless to say this was a Godsend as you really can't do some very important things like cooking and showering without any water. We were also very grateful that we were not gouged in the price as this was emergency service. The cost was fair and inline with prices we've heard from friends who have been in similar situations, though not on holidays. It was not inflated like some other companies might have charged in this type of situation.

I called PWP on a Saturday evening with our pump not working. PWP was at our house on Sunday morning on time. They were polite, and respectful of me and my questions, they were knowledgeable, and honest and checked everything that could be the problem before they pulled the pump, they were professional and did a great job. It's never a call you want to have to make but if my well or pump ever needs work again they are the ones I will call.

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about water conditioning. He was able to explain to me right away why I had always seen that reddish film in my toilets due to certain things being in the water. Any issue that has arisen he has a solution for, and it is always done with a smile. Very agreeable company to deal with.

we have used them 2's for a well issue. no issues there. they were here when they said they would be and very nice. but we have had an issue with our sand mound. they told us to get a permit and then they would have someone come out to the house to start figuring out what problem is and what equipment would be needed and what the price would be. the gentleman, John told us that we have to cut down on our water use. No dishwasher, or washing machine, no baths, flush toilet only when really needed. we are a family of 5. 3 children! my father called and again the gentleman said that in a week or 2 it would be set up for someone to come out and take a look and go from there. we heard nothing. so i called yesterday. the gentleman i spoke with said he was in middle of something and would call me back in 20 min, to further discuss this. im still waiting for that call. they have made it very clear they do not want our business!

I called them because I had no water .they showed up 6 hours later than what they told me and charged me a crazy price for a new pump. $585 more than everybody else that I learned from calling around after the technician left. Secondly the technician Michael was smoking cigarettes the entire time which I found very disrespectful. considering that I quit myself 2 years ago. and lastly he insisted that I make the check out to CASH . I did not feel comfortable with this even tho he told me it was his business. I highly recommend that people do their homework before calling a horrible company like POCONO WELL AND PUMP.. I learned my lesson.

We had no water and I called up this other pump company first. He said we needed a new pump and it would be 2300 dollars. The guy didn't really test anything and kept bragging about his service record and how he was a marine. In fact he seemed more interested in telling me about his past exploits than actually looking at my problem. We got a second opinion from Pocono Well and Pump and found out it was a bad check valve on my tank. Thank god I trusted my instincts and called them. In less than 45 minutes we were back in service and saved thousands. Thank you Kyle and Mike!!

I called them up at 9:30 pm on a Sunday and they answered the phone promptly. I explained I thought had a burned-out well pump as we had no water from any tap. They said that there could be several different reasons, some quite minor. They said they could come over to take a look the next morning between 9:00 am and 12 noon. They showed up at 10:00 am. Kyle and Brian were extremely courteous and professional as they inspected our pressure tank, breaker panel and tested the wires at the well leading to the pump. We needed a new pump after all. They installed a new pump with a 5 year warranty and our water was restored within 3 hours. They were reasonably priced and left the work areas as clean as they found them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs well or pump work done. I'm glad I chose Pocono Well and Pump Service!

We recently purchased a cabin in the area and needed well service because we had no water. We live 2 1/2 hours away and did not know of anyone to call. We called Pocono Well & Pump because of the positive reviews written by others. We were not disappointed. They worked around my schedule and were able to come out when I was able to be there. They offered solutions for the problem. I was completely confident in their recommendations. They even helped with fixing a pipe I didn't know needed fixed. Kyle and Mike both provided excellent and professional service. Should we need well pump service again, we won't hesitate to call them.

I wish I could give 10 stars, 5 for Mike and 5 for John! These guys are awesome! After making several calls to various "professionals", I finally made a choice-in fact, I know without doubt it was the right choice! Mike personally answered my call in the morning and made arrangements to come out that same day. After pulling my well pump, it was discovered that I had faulty wire. John took the time to trace the wires to find the break, which avoided the extra expense of replacing the wire. Great service at a reasonable cost! These guys were honest professionals, and I couldn't ask for better service.

I just had Mike and John at my home because I did not have any water pressure. They arrived at my home very timely. They were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Great job Mike and John!! My well pump went down on a Sunday and i didn't think i would get anyone to come down to fix it. Made a couple calls and all i got is answering machines. Called Pocono Well and BAMM!! Answered the phone, Mike and John came at 12 and left at 2 with new pump installed and water supply to my home! Very honest and professional ! Thanks guys!!

We just had Michael & John replace our well pump. They were very efficient.....knowledgeable & courteous. They explained everything they were doing step by step. I called Sat 7am and someone answered. I was impressed. I spoke with Kyle briefly in regards to a well problem and he scheduled an appointment that same day for 10 am. He and Mike showed up on time and they fixed my pressure water tank. They were very professional and I would recommend them for any job.
